Before you come to our dental office for your child’s first appointment, there are some things that you need to know. We invite you to read the following to prepare for their visit. If you have questions before you arrive, just get in touch with us and ask. We will be happy to provide the information you need to have a successful visit. We look forward to serving you and your child soon!
Your First Visit
When you arrive, expect to be greeted by our kind, friendly dental team. Once we have received your insurance information and new patient forms, we will call your child back, take X-rays, and clean their teeth. Then, your pediatric dentist will perform a dental exam and review the findings with you. If more treatment is necessary, we will schedule that. At the end of the appointment, your child will receive a sticker and a token for a prize out of the toy tower.
Dental Insurance
We gladly accept most PPO dental insurance plans and will work with you to get the most value out of your child’s benefits. If you need help understanding what is and is not covered, our experienced team can explain your benefits clearly to you and give you clear estimates for any treatment. We are in-network with several plans, which means that you have even more opportunities to save money on their dental healthcare. If we are not in-network with your specific plan, we will file your claims paperwork on your behalf.

Patient Forms
Before we begin their first appointment, you need to complete new patient forms for your child. If you would like to fill them out in our waiting room, we ask that you come a little early so that we can stay on time with our schedule. As an alternative, you can download the forms and complete them before you arrive. That way, we can quickly process the information and start your child’s appointment on time.
